Call for Papers:

Health and Biosciences Libraries Section

The Health and Biosciences Libraries Committee invites librarians, knowledge managers, educators, researchers, clinical staff and others to submit proposals for papers, to be given in the program of the WLIC, which provide insight and experience of the role of information and libraries in supporting access to health in developing countries

Theme: Improving access to health information in developing countries

Proposal:

Proposals for papers must deal with the information needs of and services to developing countries, papers on library partnership schemes are particularly welcome. Proposals, in English, and abstracts of 200 words should be sent by 31 January, 2005.

Final papers should not exceed 15 pages double-spaced; the presentations should not exceed twenty minutes in length. Proposals may be sent via email to:
