A grant from DANIDA to the Danish IFLA '97 Conference Organizing Committee will allow the Committee to support the participation of a number of delegates from developing countries. The grant will cover travel, accommodation, a per diem allowance and the conference registration fees. priority will be given to younger professionals with a minimum of five-years' experience in the field of librarianship. However, all LIS professionals from developing countries are urged to apply, regardless of age or background, as each case will be judged on individual merit.
