IPA Freedom to Publish Prize 200818 September 2008On 18 September the Turkish publisher Ragıp Zarakolu received the 2008 IPA Freedom to Publish Prize. The award was presented in Amsterdam during the opening ceremony of the International Symposium on Neo-Censorship entitled: "Threats to the Open Book" as part of the Amsterdam World Book Capital 2008 program.
