ICSTI Public Conference

COEX Intercontinental Seoul Hotel,
11 and 12 June 2008

ICSTI, which has a close relationship with IFLA, is very pleased to announce the final details of the next ICSTI Public Conference to be held in Seoul at the COEX Intercontinental Seoul Hotel on 11 and 12 June 2008.

Hosted by the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI), the meeting is titled 'New Frontiers for Scientific and Technical Information' with invited speakers from Korea, Japan, China, North America and Europe. The principal themes of the conference are:

  • Key issues and new trends in scholarly communication; strategies for STM researchers in the web age.
  • Scientific data management and integration.
  • Developments in dynamic search systems for research and development.

ICSTI believes that this important event, which will showcase innovative developments and solutions to key issues in STM information management and access, will be of great relevance and immediate interest to your members.
