Deadline for receipt of Equipment Request Form at IFLA HQ |

Deadline for translations of forthcoming conference papers, to HQ; deadline for processing all late-arriving papers. Papers received after this date will not be included on the "Conference papers" CD-ROM. |
| 1 August |
After that date registrations can only be done at the Registration desk during the congress. On-site registration fee applies after 1 August 2006. Moreover, on-site registration does not guarantee the availability of all congress materials and access to all social events. |
